I’m working on three different stories right now and it’s difficult to choose which to spend time on. I really need to focus on just one and get something finished. Here’s what I’m currently working on:
Going Viral – My first M/M gay romance. It’s the story of two best friends, Cam and Zac. Zac is gay, Cam’s not sure what he is. When Zac goes on a terrible date, he sends an SOS text to Cam for a rescue. Cam’s solution puts them in the public spotlight and forces them to examine their feelings for each other. I love these guys so much and this story will be the shortest of the three I’m working on, so I think this may win.
The Wedding Dress – I can’t decide if this one will be M/F or M/M/F. It’s the story of Lucy and Beau, complete strangers who marry on a whim, and Beau’s roommate, Matt. It’s all kinds of fun as they learn to navigate married life while dealing with Lucy’s abusive ex and the high-profile careers of Beau and Matt.
The Holocene Event – This is an end of the world/new colony story that will feature a large poly relationship with four or five main characters. Ensuring the continuation of the human race means monogamy is thing of the past. It’s going to be a long novel with part one already complete.
I really want to focus on writing this year, so it’s my goal to get all three of these stories completed in 2019. Happy New Year!
